Hello there, I think that these tips are great. I particularly like, don’t follow the crowd, and at the same time growing that engagement with other readers and bloggers.

For me, #4 & #11 are the most important. By far. We need to listen to our customers because the tables have turned. No longer are the marketers in control. Now, the consumer tells us what they want and need and it has now become our job to provide that for them. Quality is going to win. The rest will fade away.
