Mini Saga #42 – Perfection

You may want something to be perfect. But there might be hefty price to pay for that.
Enjoy the story:
Perfection
Mark was determined to win Sheila over. He decided to do whatever it takes to get her. It was hard. She didn’t like this. She didn’t like that. Finally after eighteen months of work, she got a “perfect” Mark. Unfortunately, the “new” Mark was no longer interested in Sheila anymore.

Thanks Yinka.
There is a “price” for everything and sometimes that price is way higher than the ultimate reward that price will yield. That’s when thing get messy.
Have a great day.
Best

Hi
Please correct me if my interpretation is wrong, but I see 2 distinct situations.
1) from Mark’s standpoint – don’t try too hard to match some requirement as the cliched change-is-the-only-constant
2) from Sheila’s standpoint – don’t wait too long until making everything perfect
May be I am reading too much, both perspectives are same / similar.
thx

Anon,
The point I wanted to drive home was that:
There is a “price” for everything and sometimes that price is way higher than the ultimate reward that price will yield. That’s when thing get messy.
Best,
Rajesh

sometimes we waste too much time waiting for perfect situation which never comes. It is good to act on what you have for now. Keep it up Rajesh.
