I am honored to be interviwed by my friend Wayne Turmel of the Cranky Middle Manager Show. This is special for both of us as this is the 200th show in the series for Wayne and for me, I am speaking on one of my favorite topics.
Wayne talks to me about the being and staying Upbeat in tough times. In the end, there is a quick discussion about networking and building relationships.
This is an audio interview and lasts less than 30 minutes. Here is the link:

Hey Rajesh,
Congratulations being on Wayne’s 200th episode! I am sure he could not have found a better speaker!!
I remember having some of those times back in the 2000 Tech Correction when the adage “Whatever could go wrong, went wrong”! So, I agree that keeping an “Upbeat Attitude” is the only way to survive! Strangely because of our business model our main stress right now is keeping up with the business work load. BUT during the tech correction in 2000… I regularly told my board of directors that “Survival will be a Competitive Advantage”!!
However, I really need to keep focused on a good exercise routine… I use to run marathons and now my body will not handle that stress
PS keeping a successful network is very important!!
Nice to meet you and let’s keep in touch!!
