Can we ask what the rationale is for providing the book in its entirety free for download?

Rajesh Setty  on January 31st, 2009

The reason behind giving away the book for free: Get the book in the hands of as many people as I can. I believe in the message and the book was written out of a decade of experience and I think the timing is right.

Giving away this book was in my plan for a while now and this economic downturn flipped the switch (of course, with support from my Publisher – Kenzi Sugihara of Select Books)

Having said that, I have found that giving away the book for completely FREE has had its own rewards – new friends from all over the world.

My next column on TomPeters.com is titled – “The Business Case for FREE.” It should be published anytime now. Will update the blog with a link soon.

Best,
