For those of you who have been following me for long know that Tom Peters has been one of my heroes for a long time. Tom was kind enough to  write the foreword for my book “Beyond Code“. As of today, I will be contributing regularly to the TomPeters.com blog.

My first entry talks about my perspective on what created this mess we are in and most important what we (knowledge workers) can do about it.

Hi Rajesh,

I read your blog yesterday for the first time and found your book “Beyond Code”. I finished reading it in a couple of hours and passed it on to all my friends, co-workers and even my blog.

I haven’t stopped talking about it after that- thank you for sharing the book here.

I will be a regular in your blog it seems from now on.
