One way to enforce guidelines…

This is inside the International terminal in Bangalore aiport.

You are supposed to keep your conversations brief so that others can get a chance to speak too. They have a great way of enforcing this guideline – they have removed the phone :)

ha ha . It may be possible , somebody has a long conversation and took phone somewhere else. (just for sake of not breaking rule ;) )

Steven Covey talks about the “Indian Talking Stick” that was giving to him by native indians.

It makes communication so much better, not because it causes each person to talk for a short amount of time, but because it make each person ‘understand’ each other before they can voice their personal opinions.

Just some thoughts. . .
