Recommended Reading – “Send” by David Shipley and Will Schwalbe

I love everything about this book. Thanks to my mentors, I have been following a lot of their advice (learnt from the school of hard knocks) for a while. So part of the book was a refresher but a large part of the book was new learning.

David Shipley and Will Schwalbe has come up with a “User Manual” for using email. Right, not to configure or setup email but to use it.

I won’t say much but if you are planning to write another email after today, you might benefit hugely from reading this book before you “send” that email out.
