The Interview
That was his last interview for the day. He had done well. The job was almost guaranteed. While the pay and position were good, there was some discomfort. He didn’t think that he was reporting to a person who could lift him to the next level. He silently walked away.

He just learned they would not be hiring him permanently. “Without a job again! How many times is this going to happen to me?” he whispers to himself over and over again. All he’s wanted is a challenging & rewarding job that has permanence. It looks like the search continues.

Eric was upset about why his partners are not getting his message. Eric clenched his fist and thundered, “this is not a company worth investing.” His partners stared at Eric quizically. Eric averred, “this space is saturated, the next big thing is hard to come by, let us move on.”
