Nut Suwapiromchot of Cometrue Marketing in Thailand has a very interesting project going on. He and his team are translating blogs on variety of topics and re-publishing (of course, with permission) in thai language. Life Beyond Code is now available in Thai. Since I can't understand Thai language, I trust Nut and his team to get it rightRelated Articles:Here is the link: Re-Know.com - Life Beyond Code (Thai) Thanks Nut!

Dear Mr. Setty,
I love reading your blog. And it causes me dazzled to realize someone has such a very dry translation of your blog in Thai.
Don’t get me wrong. If ignore some typo, they have made them mostly correct with words by words translation. But I hope you understand what Word-by-Word means?
They have swallowed all beauty of conversations, and of course the feeling of reading and connecting to human voice.
No intonation, especially from wit and sharpful wirting style like yours and other folks. They have made them all canned-dry. Closing the name I would have no clues which one written by Seth Godin or you or Keith (Ferrazzi) or Peters! All messages seem to be written from the same person. And not the name I have mentioned above. They have made them more like mechanic (perhaps via some translating machine), not an art. More of business oriented, and not with passion.
I feel sad.

(of course I am Thai and I comment with no stakes in their stuff. I just recall Seth’s words : “If you don’t know what to say, don’t say it.”
And in my words, “If you can’t translate anything in a good way. Don’t do it as welll.)
